I have a passion for lifelong learning and have completed a Masters Degree in social media marketing, alongside a CIM Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in marketing. I am constantly updating my skills by taking online courses in all aspects of digital marketing, management and business. Here are some practical tips to help you manage this joyous, yet hectic period:

1. **Prioritize:** Jot down what's most important to you in both your personal and professional life. Focus on achieving these priority items first.

2. **Schedule Down Time:** Business is important, but so are you. Block off time in your calendar for relaxation and family moments – and treat these timeslots as seriously as a client meeting.

3 **Utilize Automation Tools**: Consider automating your social media posts or email responses. Allocate work to automation tools when you can, it can be a real game changer.

4. **Ask for Help:** It's okay to ask for assistance. Delegate tasks to team members, hire seasonal help, or involve your family in handling some responsibilities.

5. **Mental Presence:** Being physically present isn’t enough; give your undivided attention to your family when spending time together. During work hours, focus fully on your tasks. Dedicate 100% of your attention where it’s due.
